Using the new Interactive Sample Ballot (ISB) service, which can be used via any mobile device, voters can select the candidates who they are voting for, complete a sample ballot, and they will be sent a QR code. They can take the QR code to any Ballot Marking Device at a polling center, which will automatically fill a ballot with their desired candidates. They can then turn in their ballot to polling center authorities as they would with any in-person ballot.
